Daisuke Nagata - Radirgy 2
I've said this before, but I think it's a given that when a game's designer is also a DJ you're going to end up with great music. Radirgy 2 has Nagata trying something a little different from his usual Radirgy sound, and I love it - still house, a bit less shibuya-kei. Tracks like "portable tragedy" are more explicitly melancholy than anything I'm used to hearing from him, and I really appreciate the experimentation with traditional instruments in tracks like "strike dat". Good stuff.
