Jake "Virt" Kaufman - Ketsui
This is an alternate version of an album I played awhile ago, a much more active and rock-forward take on the Ketsui soundtrack. Not that Ketsui didn't dip into rock for a couple of tracks, but this version starts out as rock and just keeps going.
Is this a bit loud for morning music? Maybe, but I did need the help waking up today.
This is another one of the three discs that came with my PS3 copy of Ketsui; this particular CD was a bonus I was lucky to have gotten, since not every copy included it. It's also got a bit of a weird history in the game it's from. This is a version of the Ketsui soundtrack, but it was made for a totally different game from the same developer, which had a crossover game mode that mashed up game mechanics and stylistic elements from Ketsui with that game. I don't think there even was a version of Ketsui you could play with this soundtrack for another decade.
