Koichi Namiki, Katsuhiro Hayashi, Tohru Nakabayashi - Galaxy Force II
If you ask a dozen people what their favourite Sega soundtrack is, you'll get a dozen different good answers. Well, for me the answer is Galaxy Force II - a surprisingly funky sound for a space game, and just super listenable as an album even if you ignore the game it's from.
