Nobukazu Takemura - Hoshi no Koe
This was an album I stumbled into at Audiopile ages back. It's an interesting little mixture of ambient music, everything from gentle ambient to outright glitch music playing with the tones of CD-era digital sounds. I especially love the second track, Anemometer.
