Various Artists - XD-Submit Vol. 1
This is a compilation of techno from a few Kansai-area techno artists from the mid-90s. Some good stuff here, and I'm enjoying the Depeche Mode vibes from the Controlled Voltage tracks. (Incidentally, the two solo artists on here are the two members of Controlled Voltage. So I guess you could say this is a "Controlled Voltage and side projects" compilation?)
I was able to find most of the tracks on Youtube, though a Sunao Inami and a Controlled Voltage track are missing.
